I heard the same from the UK distributor which I assume is one of the reasons why they source the Wing version from Michael Geschka GmbH (aside from the enhancements of the German version). Support to date from Audiography has been top notch (though I have not had any problems with the Wings).
Rather a confusing situation with 2 sources for similarly branded products.
