Apparently, a good bit. But not much about "class" in America, which is an entirely different phenomenon and which connotes entirely different things here than it does in the UK. It think it would be fair to say that the thing that strikes most Brit's MOST about America is the utter lack of class distinctions.

There is no special sense of identity or entitlement that comes with the notion of "class" here. We pride ourselves on having a "mobile" society, in which anyone can by dint of hard work and dedication become anything.

Beyond this, I have no idea what "indoctrination" you are talking about.
