Phono Stage - Nakamichi TA-2A - How Good?
Posted by crooner on July 12, 2003 at 18:42:28:
Hi Inmates,
Brought home a vintage Nak TA-2A receiver, circa 1988.
I was thinking about using it as a phono stage. My Creek 4330R lacks the optional phono board. I am currently using the phono stage of a Marantz 2240B circa 1976. It sounds good but it's a tad noisy.Any experiences with the Nak? specially it's phono performance. Is it better than a 1970's Marantz?
Regards,
crooner
