ProJect RPM 9 or 10 - motor pod height and motor query

Posted by graciouslee on August 20, 2012 at 01:36:49:

Hi.

Just wondering if someone with either a ProJect RPM 9 or 10 turntable (the one with the separate motor pod that drives the outside of the platter) could do me a favour and measure the height upto the centre of the pulley (where the belt rides at 33rpm) from the platform on which the motor pod is standing? Also, if isn't too much trouble, could you give me the exact diameter of the platter, please?

Looking into using the Project motor and Speed Box SE II on my own turntable and need to know if it will fit.

Finally, if anyone knows, what sort of motor do Project use to drive their turntables via the outside of the platter, and what is the diameter and height of the motor body?

Thanks for your help.
