How to Set up an arm - Posting soon

Hi Inmates
After a recent post admitting to being the owner of a booklet on FR arms, I've had quite a few requests for copies. Scanned in as JPEG files these add up to nearly 900K and take an hour to send, tying up this computer in the process. They must be a pain to receive.
So, I ask any other inmates eager to have copies to please hold fire for the moment as I'll try to find time in the next week to post the info here.
