Vintage Magnavox Speakers - Is this blatant "shill bidding" or what?

Posted by FlaCharlie on November 25, 2003 at 17:41:27:

I've seen several posts on here in the past pointing out possible shill bidding on ebay but this one seems to be the most obvious I've seen. Or is there another explanation? Out of curiousity I emailed the seller and asked why he is listing the same Magnavox speakers he "sold" in October to the same guy who currently has the high bid on this auction. So far no response or explanation. He left positive feedback for the buyer saying he paid promptly! The same "buyer" also bought a leather jacket from the seller and if you check his other items for sale the jacket is also listed again. Hmmmm . . . By the way any comments on the speakers? Anyone have any experience with these?
