Eico 666 tube tester

The Eico 666 tube tester has a 'merit' test after doing the leak test. The meter scale shows 'Replace', '?', and 'Good '. Good being in the 80 to 140 region of "Dynamic Conductance". Is Dynamic Conductance = transconductance? If not what am I measuring?
