Naw I dont think its Chinese. I have Chinese tubes and they look just like the ones in the pic above. If you look at the getter in the Chinese tubes they have only one arm extending to the getter. Both Chinese tubes on the right show this, as well the Chinese tube on the very bottom on the left.
I read a posting by a person over seas who said his Vincent SA-T1 came with NOS Sovtek. I did not believe him until I saw the Tube in the picture has a Star, like all Sovtek tubes. But the picture above shows the Sovtek tubes have two arms going to the getter.The Sovtek on the right second row shows this. I believe its a Sovtek. And it does really sound great.
