NOS TCC PS Oil Capacitors ?

Greets,
FYI, I'm being offered about 20 pieces of TCC Visconol & Dubilier 8 uF 550/800V of these in NOS/NIB & wonder if they are worth to use & invest my money in them.
Would appreciate any views on using such oil capacitors in a PS design.
