For not having some kind of signature/ delivery confirmation system in place. Simply bad business.

Talk about a tacky response from them - threatening a customer??!!

On a very small dollar ammount transaction, it may be more expensive than it's worth, but Anything I send get confirmed.

Glad they're reimbursing you, they certainly should.

Reputation is everything, especially in these times.

Whatever happened to "The customer is Always right?"
