Need outdoor speakers

Can anyone recommend an outdoor speaker that does well in all weather conditions,rain and snow as well.
For the most part, I guess maybe a PA speaker.
It's for my Brother who has a Paint Ball (War Games) business.
He wants them so he can play sound tracks like the opening of the movie Privte Ryan, etc,... To give some background affects while the games are going on..
