A few hours after I made the post above, we lost power and have been told we may be without it for over a week. 80% of the town I am in has no power.
I am just now catching up on the storm damage at the office (a 20 minute ride that took 2 hours due to closed roads). CT got slammed. Homes swept out to sea, others condemned. Damage so heavy the lines crews can't even get here to make repairs.
Its not good.
