It happened more than once.

A guy from Germany raised some reasonable issues about the shoddy construction of the kit he received ($1200). The "vendor" was a jerk about it and denied that it was his problem, or that there even was a problem. Quite a bit of arrogance!.

It must be remembered that when this "vendor" offered a refund it did not include shipping, customs, taxes, insurance etc. This leaves our overseas friends in a real bind (there are two separate posts). Have a look at the other pictures and ask yourself if there was any quality control (or pride of workmanship). Makes one wonder about the quality that went into the design itself. The "vendor's" response was pure arrogance!
