I got some at Dollarama for a buck or two. They work just as well as the Monoprice cables. No digital dropouts or snow.

I did have problems with a cable that I picked up at a yard sale; I'm guessing it was bundled with an upconverting DVD player. I suspect it was defective, not just cheap.
