You are generalizing on this. There was one issue with the table of contentsd on Red Book CDs that was resolved a while ago. So issues plural should be issue singular and it's resolved. Why would one not buy a 306 today? It's the best CD/SACD player out there for the money. I have a problem when people who don't own the equipment they bad mouth make general statements that are not accurate.
