He was suppose to add XLR jacks to the back of the amp, but instead, removed the RCA jacks, and put in XLR. He should've called first, before proceeding. He also added a soft start warmup circuit for the tubes, and tried to charge me, even though I never asked him to do that. I believe there were some repairs to the amp as well, which he completed successfully.
