People for the most part are "brand brainwashed". Not all Bose products are "hype". That is like saying all Harley Davidsons are a POS because you had one that would not start properly.

Bose (mainly in the professional/industrial) makes good products that are competative..or they would not be in business.

I understand your reasoning for not wanting to post. I do believe however that ALL companies have some overpriced items based on the performance level.

Wave radios are huge sellers because the mass populace equates to them as "good sound". This trickles down to the name brand..in BOTH ways.


In Japan, Bose actually has a higher end speaker..with 10 inch woofer, 2 mids and a DOME tweeter.
