not to mention dozens of ridiculous lawsuits against smaller cable manufacturers.

it goes beyond name and trademark, they were suing people for basic design issues. I mean, how many ways can you change how a spade connector looks/functions?

can you imagine not being able to resell something you've bought and paid for b/c Monser says so?

that's what they're working on behind the scenes.
