http://www.audiofederation.com/ is the US distributor - they're one of "THE" highest end dealers in the country and Mike and Nelli also run their own magazine and write a LOT about all things audio. They would be the people to contact.
But you can also contact Dave Cope who runs Audio Note's own answer forum linked below.
The CD players are in Canada - Soundhounds in Victoria British Columbia carries them and even the new zero dac. So if you have not vacationed to Victoria yet - then you bloody well should since Vancouver has been rated as the best city in the world to live and IMO Victoria is a little better. But I'm biased as I live not far away.
