So I think I will take people's advice to dial it in then don't worry about it. But I am sure that the VTA could use some adjustment given how the 'table was initially put together. And my hope, with my reading, is that it will help with the last of the IGD. I am not sure that raising it up when the needle looks to be really close to perpendicular, if not pointing a little to the rear of the cartridge, makes total sense but I would like to play around with it a little and see what happens. But if I do raise the arm up the front of the cartridge will be more horizontal with the records so it seems worth a try. Now to do a little research on the best VTA adjustment method for a Rega!
