RE: VPI service problems

I take off 2.5 days for a little fishing and come back to this mess!!!

1- VPI answers the phone from Tuesday to thursday 10AM to 4PM, the factory is open 6 days a week most of the time working 10 hours a day. We have lost power 7 times in the last week due to brown out conditions.

2- VPI has been in business almost 32 years, we have over 200,000 customers, they all have cell phones, e-mails, faxes, etc. Hiring more people doesn't help when you want the answer to a question that is about a table 25 years old, no one you hire will know the answer.

3- All the customer has to do is return the machine and we will fix it no charge. He wants us to send him motors and seals and do the work himself. We tried that the first time and it obviously didn't work.

4- Ford will not send me parts for my Explorer when they fail, I have to take it to the dealer who installs it even though I can do it.
JUST SEND THE MACHINE BACK AND WE WILL EITHER FIX IT OR SEND YOU A NEW ONE. WE ASKED YOU TO DO THAT A FEW DAYS AGO BUT INSTEAD YOU GO ON VA AND BLOW SMOKE. ON JULY 14 YOU WERE GIVEN RA#21236 AND TOLD TO ENCLOSE A COPY OF THE E-MAIL WITH THE MACHINE AND WE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.

5- Bottom line, we stand behind everything we make long after the warrantee is done and gone.
