RE: An Empire Turntable History and Rough Time Line

Thanks empirelvr ! You provided some info I had not heard before. I bought a stock silver aluminum 298 a few years back and it has been excellent. I bought it to listen to 78s but have been playing 33s on it most of the time. It competes for my time spent listening to 33s on my Michell Orbe. I'm looking forward to modestly upgrading it's performance and intend to dial in strengths that would complement my Orbe. Thanks again.
