A Big thanks (again) to VPI for outstanding C.S.

They always e-mail me right back with tips, fixes, etc.

One year ago they repaired my goof-ups of the flywheel/motor set-up, refinished the unit, paid for shipping, supplied a new box and would not take a dime. Oh yea, my TT is close to nine years old and i bought it used.

This great customer service is nothing new from them, i can remember about fifteen years ago when i called asking about a new belt for my "19"... i believe they just sent it to me and asked me to remit a couble of dollars. Somethings never change. Yea !
