Pines of Rome (45 rpm) Classic Records

Is it just me, or is the Pines of Rome (45 rpm reissue by Classic Records) sound bright and the top end is very aggressive?

Is is supposed to be this way or a bright recording or system setup? My other well recorded and pressed LPs sound wonderful, so I don't think it is a setup issue.
