This may be WAY below your standards, but I made a dustcover from foam core presentation board or the stuff that is used to back a picture in a frame. Commonly found where wives like to shop, Jo Ann, Micheal's. A sheet is about $2.50, cut to spec size, & glue together. It ends up weighing onces. The second one I built has beveled edges & balsa legs.
