Best version is an original if one can find 6S or lower pressings. I have six copies of the original lps, two copies of the R2R tape (not bad but not up to a clean set of lps) and a cd copy; forget the cd!

I have heard the Classic version and wasn't impressed. It was on the level of the tape but not as good as the original lps. I'm not sure about the sibilance comment, I haven't noticed that to be a problem.

All of this aside, buy and enjoy this excellent performance. Belafonte at his very best!!
