Has anyone done much experimenting with the loading of this cartridge with a typical MM phono stage? Most MM stages are 47K and the recommended load for this cartridge is 1K. There is even an excellent thread about how someone found the loading made a tremendous difference with this HOMC, from bright and lean at 47K to excellent at 1K.

The thread was intended to be a discussion and findings between the high and low of the 20X, but it turned in to how the loading of the 20X-H makes a difference.
I imagine the majority of users of the 20X-H are using 47K because of the nature of MM stages.
But all it takes is soldering a couple of 1K'ish resistors across the RCA inputs of the phono stage.
What gets me is this cartridge is so highly thought of and is quite popular and I would bet most are running it in to 47K.
