Tony Mottola holding his baby...Tommy Mottola holding his BABE!
(No wonder Tommy Mottola is still alive and kicking---the LUCKY bas*ard....mmmm, Thalia -----even if Tommy croaked on Thalia, she has a sexy gown of mourning to wear :)
...the Command and Project labels are just worth having! ---Just remember the name on your next vinyl 'hunt' or spree and whatever you find, get it.He's normally referred to or labeled as a jazz-guitarist, but the man was so,so talented that his playing styles in other genres could vary flawlessly. His guitar string pluckin' and playin' sound so alive and truly makes one appreciate the analog vinyl format...Unfortunately, Tony passed away in 2004 already.
There is absolutley NOTHING 'wrong' or disappointing in ANY of the Fountain, Mottola, or Hirt albums I have ever purchased. Zero stinkers---The music by those artists(from those genres, eras, decades) is just incredible and wish people my age and even younger would listen to or get into it.
(Funny thing is, is that some people think it's Tommy Mottola, not Tony----Tommy is the former Sony head exec mogul, now,Casablanca Records co-owner,ex-hubby of Mariah Carey and current hubby of hot babe-o-licious Latin-Mexican singer Thalia---Tommy Mottola evidently is very much alive and likes them real young---Some say a younger woman will put an older 'mature' man in the grave---I dunno, I beg to differ---even then, the old guys probably go with the biggest smiles that not even the coroners or morticians could remove :)------ There seems to be no relation between the two Mottolas(Tony and Tommy),btw.
Thank you for your list on the PF and AH albums; A few of those I already have but I see a lot more titles I don't.
Best Regards,
Matt
