Gee, sounds like the typical response little kids give when they can't come up with anything meaningful to say: "YOU TOO!"

The fact is your decision to take this action is an inexcusable and unwarranted public attack on a dealer with a long-standing reputation for treating customers fairly. (Need I mention that I have never purchased anything from Hollywood Sound-which is located about 1500 miles from where I live-and that my involvement with Larry has been limited to a couple of very pleasant telephone exchanges about a used item he had for sale.)

If you do indeed take this "complaint" to Nottingham, I hope they do what I suspect they will-or should-and tell you to insert it in the appropriate part of your anatomy, i.e., the slot where the sun don't shine.
