I can not say single bad word about Larry. He always went beyond what is usual.

There are 3 options:

You did not measure it correctly.
Larry made a mistake.
Larry set the arm for different alignment.

It could be easily checked that you just have bothered to give him a call.

I am sure if he made mistake that he will do the right thing.
