Larry's attention to detail and passion to audio is pretty hard to beat. Yes he has his own opinions but I have never found him not to listen to his customer's needs.

I would have called him and tried to take care of this issue over the phone(or better in person if you are local) before going public here on AA.(this is not a slam, just an observation)

Unfortunately market forces are causing good retail dealers more and more to go the way of the dinosaurs, and posts like these are not doing them any favors, especially when they are way off base. He's been in business for a long time, that should be an indication of his level of services.

Good luck with the table, accurate set-up is paramount!
