I have found that cables with better shielding helps. I used to hear these guys talking on two way radios through my system by the railroad tracks nearby. I haven't heard them in years.

I got a sheet of the ERS material below with my speakers and use a peice on my CD player and BAM because my manufacturer suggested it. I don't hear a difference and just use it because I have it. It might help you and it is relatively inexpensive to try. The key might be getting the placement correct, like over the DAC chip or other component.
