I don't know Walker tts, but I do know the Rega, the Linn and a variety of Thorens. You can bring a Thorens 125 up to 124 levels with judicious tweaking, and that is very satisfying indeed (I have two 125s and a 124 and a Linn LP12--used to have a Rega 3 and Linn Axis).
