My Laura Cantrell album is sibilant as hell, and I know it isn't my cartridge because I've not only tried different carts; I've played it on other turntable, too.
The other Sundazed I have are, however, are of excellent quality. I don't hold the company responsible for the poor quality of the master tapes it's forced to sometimes use.
FWIW, Sundazed's reissue of the first Stooges album sounds impressive.
