well, i think for instance the mono mixes of the dylan blonde on blonde and bring it all back home are decent and better mixes than the stereo. Considering the price of a mint mono , i think they are a good value. People's systems vary. It is ture i don't jump on them the way i once did though because of my feeling about the general mastering philosophy.
