Upgrade to a CJ Walker CJ55 turntable or wait for something better?

I am looking to upgrade my current headphone system which consist of Sennheiser HD 600 headphones, Mapletree headphone amp, Project Phono Tubebox SE phono preamp, Denon DP790 turntable and Denon DL300 phono cartridge. I sense that my turntable/cartridge is not on par with the rest of my system and have decided on an upgrade. I would like to spend up to $600 for a table and a cartridge and on my short list of tables I am considering are second hand Rega 3, Thorens, or Linn Axis. I am in no rush to upgrade and, therefore, am looking locally to find a good deal. In the meantime, I have come across a CJWalker CJ55 turntable with a Linn basik tonearm and Grado Black cartridge that the seller is willing to let go for $225.

I am looking to see if anyone has experience with this turntable and what might be their impressions. Would it be an upgrade from my current rig? Is it better than a Rega 3 or Linn Axis?
