I've been using the Jubilee for over a year and it's a superb cartridge IMO. Not the cartridge to buy if you're after any kind of exaggeration - but beautifully balanced and tonally natural sound. You really only appreciate how well balanced this cartridge is after playing lots of varied records - the Jubilee gives you maximum access to your collection. This cartridge is also a soundstage champ and demon tracker. The Jubilee manages to track cleanly many records I'd thought couldn't be securely tracked or were damaged. But perhaps the Jubilee's best quality is it's musical engagement and communication - it locks into the rhythm of the music and really delivers on enjoyment factor.
If you can find it, read Michael Fremers review of the Ortofon 'Windfeld' ($3400) in the May '08 issue of Stereophile. I haven't heard that cartridge - and I'm not claiming the Jubilee scales the same heights - but from my perspective, the review reads very much how I'd describe the Jubilee's sound and strengths.
