Hmm. AJ has been great to work with since before I even bought my Basis TT. I called him up to ask a few question and he spent an hour going through all of the turntable choices that I narrowed it down to. Since then, I have bought the Vector3 from him, some IC's, Revolution belt, and have sent in the pods and bearing for service/updates. Incredibly fast shipping and responses. You might want to give him a call to see what is going on.
