Hi Lawrence,

AJ is a great guy and usually he's very good with that type of stuff but I too have notice a little drop off in the "customer service dept" of late over at Basis that I once considered "stellar".

If this helps, I find the best way to get a hold of him is to call and get him in person vs emails.

Oh well, might just be a sign of the times, thought I hope not! And yes, the Vector, a great tonearm, is not chump change!
