You have to change the motor pulley orientation from 50 Hz to 60 Hz too. For 60 Hz, the one with the bigger diameter should be on top whereas the smaller one, where the rubber belt rides, should be at the bottom and the orientation is reverse for 50 Hz.
The motor pulley can be easily rotated by means of loosening two screws at the center of the cylindrical body of the pulley.
As for the strobe, as T-rex, mentioned above, the frequecy is marked on the stroboscope screen itself. You just have to turn it around.
