Alphason HR100 queing mechanism query

Hi all,

I've got an old Alphason HR100 tonearm which has been rewired. It is working fine apart from the tonearm queing mechanism. The horizontal part of the queing mechanism is bent upwards towards the centre of the record so that if I adjust the VTA the tonearm is hitting the queing mechanism and therefore won't play the end of the record.

Is there any way to replacing this? Was this a generic tonearm mechanism that can be replaced by something similar from another tonearm eg a Rega? I'm in the UK so if anyone knows where I can get a replacement please let me know. I was thinking of giving Audio Origami a call to see if they can help.

Thanks for any advice.
