I want to thank those who have tried to defend my work; the fact of the matter is that in order to continue what we do, and have done for the past 38 years (Mentor Audio and Restore Classic Gear) I have had to go back to designing and have now set up full manufacturing for new audio equipment including cartridges, speakers, amplifers and preamplifiers. I am also working on many new designs.

I need to do this to attempt to stay in business and teach audio, which I love to do. My focus has been to personally build the Strain Gauge cartridges (each and every one); The Voice cartridge, and perform all cartridge rebuilding personally while overseeing all of manufacturing and customer service. We get over 250 calls a day, and I handle as many as I can.

There has been quite a response to my designs, larger than anticipated, and that has taken more of my time than anticipated. Although I work till midnight every day, I am catching up with demand, and will soon be back to a 4 week turnaround.

For those who know what I do, and have been patient, I appreciate it - bless you. For those who want what they want without consideration of the task and the difficulty, and do not appreciate the care and service you are being given, your bitterness may have already been rewarded.
