Yes, I dropped them off there... And I have a number. Peter is a very nice giy, and he likes to talk audio, but... My patience has worn out. I received a response today with explanation on how busy they are, and that their phone tracking system does not work. In any case, I'm picking them up next week and will do with them whatever needs be - sell them as is or send them to Europe or Australia for rebuild. This service seems to be the kind of service you get lately in NY, be it waiting for 6 hrs to get an oil change at a Nissan dealer, or getting stuck on a subway. It seems to be the accepted norm today.
