I told everone on this forum a few weeks ago that I was'nt getting
any reponse to my emails and people were makinG excuses for them.
Well in my book poor customer service is poor customer service. I dont
care what famous name you have. I could'nt get a response from them
so I just bought a new cart. instead. The hell with them !
