"Well, it's been 3 months since I left my carts for a rebuild at Soundsmith... I got zero response to my inquries by e-mail, and phone service states there is no record of my order...

This post was edited, by me, after the consideration that my initial posting was unintentionally damaging to Peter's reputation. Since there was no communication for approx. 3 months, I assumed there were problems. That assumption was incorrect. There was a breakdown in communication, that is all. In fact, one cartridge has been done for a week, and another one was on it's way. It was established in phone conversations with Peter that he's back to his normal schedule after an illness, and I apologise for any damage this have caused him.
