Marantz TT15S running fast...HELP

Just setup and starting listening...the table seems to be running at 45rpm's instead of 33 1/3 ... The belt is attached properly to the correct motor pulley...Called Marantz, they said that since I'm using the correct motor pulley, it needs to be returned...Thoughts?? Marantz service dude says that this has not been an issue with this table.
