Didn't you say the stainless steel heavyweight weight is 140 g and balances when using the plastic stub?
140g heavyweight + 1 g stub = 141 g.
So, using 100 g titanium counterweight + your 43 g brass stub = 143 g, which should should be pretty close to your heavyweight/plastic combination.
You might want to adjust the 100 g up or down depending on how close you are to the middle of the stub when balancing the AT120 with. If the arm blances with the counterweight all the way forward, you could take some weight off. If the counterweight is all the way back you could add some weight.
