I agree completely!!!! ;>) In so much as when I am trying to fix a leak (slight) seepage or drip, many times I have thought: "Next time I'll gladly pay a plumber 3X the going rate as to not have to deal with this %^&$!"

See, the thing is, my plumbing projects are spread out enough, so when the next "project" comes along, enough time has passed that I have the: "Ah, I can do that myself, it should not be hard..." thought process. Plus the wife always offers encouragement, but has the good insight to "go shopping" when I am working under the sink -- I wonder why?

Thank goodness I have my turntable and LP collection to sooth my frayed nerves after plumbing projects! Have a good one...
