to my problem, and your wisdom around the VA is an asset to us all.

That said, can you picture various digital-oriented,cd-loving can't belive you have one of these freakin' rotating things, ipdod type people visiting my humble apartment...and me EXPLAINING to them why I have some kind of weight attached to my tone arm...?

Also, you must admit, it has the potential of looking tacky, and of course you know, us analogue fanatics must keep up a proper, presentable appearance!

Again, I appreciate your common-sense suggestion...
