Its awful. You need a hot iron and the flux leaves a nasty black deposit if youre not fast - unlike ordinary solder which is more forgiving. Set up is the key. Blu tak or a fly fishermans vice to hold the object and a surface to steady the hands - like a pad of foam 2 inches square as a rest for the hands. And tweezers. And you need to wipe the iron every 2 seconds. But if you can thread a needle its about that level of difficulty. I practice on junk wire before attacking the job. You get a feel for the task - the flow of the molten solder - the time of contact etc. And a drop of the good stuff to steady the nerves.I would never have done it but my old tags looked like the inside of a teapot and it was bugging me.
